Mathematics in Everyday Life

It is sometimes difficult for students to appreciate the importance of Mathematics. They often find the subject boring and hard to understand. With this project we will hopefully help our students realise that Mathematics is not just a subject on their time-table but a tool they use in their everyday life!

Did the Polish class do this work??
The patterns are amazing but I really didn't understand how the get into maths!MAYBE SEQUENCES OR WHAT??
Please tell me at school Ms. PLSSSS!!!

Oh..I understood the pics come into maths because they are symetrical....I still wanna know if the Polish class did these patterns!!!

Yes Alexia The Polish students did these patterns :) The first one was created by Weronika. The second and the third were created by Magda :)
In the first two pictures you can see "stained glass windows" ( which were made of paper ) with some line of symmetry :) The third one is kind of symmetrical border
